Keep everything for the duration of the complaint process.<\/li><li>Please send your complaint via e-mail: kate.cherrymoon@gmail.com.<\/li><li>Please <strong>attach photos<\/strong> of damaged goods. It is not necessary to send the goods back to submit a claim.<\/li><li>Your request will be <strong>reviewed<\/strong> by our Complaints Department.
